What’s the difference between the Weed Whacker® 2.0 and the Weed Whacker® 1.0?

The Weed Whacker® 2.0 is our second-generation nose and ear hair trimmer, designed specifically with superior cutting performance to keep those unruly hairs nice and trimmed.

The Weed Whacker® 2.0 also features a new and improved 360 degree rotary dual-blade that sits at a 23 degree angle to match the contours of your nose and ears for superior cutting performance.

As a bonus, the Weed Whacker® 2.0 replacement blade is also compatible with the Weed Whacker® 1.0. This means you can enjoy the seamless use of the improved blade across both devices.

Is the Weed Whacker® 2.0 waterproof and safe to use in the shower?

Oh yeah! The Weed Whacker® 2.0 is IPX7* rated which means it can be used for wet or dry trimming. Plus, you can rinse it under running water for easy clean-up.

*Meets the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Standard 60529 rating of IPX7 to protect against immersion in up to one meter of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.

How do I clean the Weed Whacker® 2.0?

Before cleaning, make sure the Weed Whacker® 2.0 is turned off and completely disconnected from power.

• Start by turning the blade counterclockwise and pull upward to remove the blade
• Then run each piece—including the trimmer itself—under running water
• Lay all the pieces out to dry completely

Finish up by reassembling the Weed Whacker® 2.0.

• Place the blade on the cone and turn clockwise until it clicks in
• Charge trimmer as needed between trimming sessions

How do I charge the Weed Whacker® 2.0 and how long should the battery last?

Before your initial use of the Weed Whacker® 2.0 you will need to bring the device to a full charge.

To fully charge the Weed Whacker® 2.0, plug your USB-C charging cable into any USB-C port for approximately 8 hours.

The single LED battery level indicator will be lit while charging. The cordless rechargeable AAA NiHM battery offers up to 45 minutes of run time. When the single LED battery indicator is unlit, you will need to charge your trimmer.
